The race for the Champions League has intensified in recent weeks with Liverpool and Newcastle amongst the teams chasing a top-four finish alongside Manchester United and Tottenham

Liverpool, Brighton and Newcastle are amongst the Premier League teams that could be denied a Champions League place even if they finish fourth.

The race to finish inside the top four is intense, with a clutch of teams battling for two positions as Arsenal and Manchester City have all but guaranteed their place in the competition next season.

Do you even know what that means, i don't think it's possible a team finish in top 4 and will still miss out from champions league. The only way either of the two team will finish on top4 and still not play champions league football is if chelsea win the champions league tho year
