Lottery System a Form of "Systemic Racism," According to CNN

After Powerball's $2 billion payout this week, CNN reported on Wednesday that critics are accusing the lottery system of "systemic racism."
Researchers, according to the outlet, claim that state-run lotteries aggressively pursue low-income Black and brown communities, leading them to believe that winning will bring them wealth.

Well, the critics are in better position to to express their views. They must have observed certain misdemeanor during the Powerball $2 billion payout which they think is not Normal. I think the lottery authorities should look into the accusations.
