Lottery winner sues California Lottery for $197million

The California Lottery is being sued by a guy from Los Angeles who won part of a $394 million Mega Millions jackpot last year. Why the winner decided to buy two tickets with identical numbers when only one would have had the same impact is unclear. Shortly after the draw, the lottery revealed that the two winning tickets had been purchased from the same retailer.
