The multi-state Lotto America game will switch to digital drawings starting next week, the Powerball Group announced Tuesday. Beginning the following week, Lotto America would no longer use mechanical ball drawing devices to determine lottery results. Instead, it will use a computerized draw method. Beginning the next week, Lotto America, run by the Multi-State Lottery Association and offered by 13 American lotteries, would stop using conventional draw procedures. On Monday, April 17, 2023, the first digital drawing for the game will take place.

Wow, that's great news for Lotto America players! Using computerized drawings instead of balls drawn by hand is a smart move. It will make the lottery draws faster, more accurate and transparent. Players will surely appreciate being able to see the winning numbers drawn in high definition. This kind of innovation shows that Lotto America is always focusing on improving the player experience.

The use of RNGs also allows lotteries to offer more games and more opportunities to win. While some players may feel nostalgic for the traditional ball draw, the move to digital drawings is likely to make Lotto America more accessible and convenient for players.
