Luxor Hotel & Casino teenage murderer faces 11 to 27 years in prison

For killing a man at the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas last year, a teenager received a sentence of between 11 and 27 years in prison.

The suspect said the shooting wasn't intentional and that the attacker seemed to be preparing to attack her during an argument while speaking with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers. She took his pistol off a table and shot him in self-defense, according to the arrest report.
