A Virginia Lyft driver claimed that he won a $150,000 prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket thanks to a $5 cash tip from a customer.

The winner informed Virginia Lottery officials that he was given a $5 cash tip by a customer, and he used the tip to purchase a scratch-off ticket for Strike It Rich when he stopped for gas.

When the man scratched off a $150,000 prize, the ticket's name turned out to be accurate.
