Malta Gambling Authority appoints new CEO

The appointment, which will take effect on January 26, 2024, is a result of the public call that was released on October 30, this year, and the subsequent selection process.

He joined the authority after five years as the head of the Residency Malta Agency, where he was hailed as "instrumental" in guiding the agency toward its objective of making Malta a "reputable and desirable residency" in terms of investment jurisdictions.

With a "dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in operations management," the authority also emphasized, the Board of Governors is sure he will continue to build on these strong foundations.
 
A new appointment, effective January 26, 2024, has been made following a public call and selection process. The appointee joins the authority after five successful years as the head of the Residency Malta Agency, where he played a key role in positioning Malta as a top investment jurisdiction. Recognized for his dynamic leadership and results-driven approach, he is expected to build upon the solid foundation established during his tenure.
