Guidelines for reporting alternative dispute resolution proceedings through its Licensee Portal have been published in a manual by the Malta Gaming Authority. The goal of the guidance is to simplify the monthly alternative dispute resolution reports that licensees submit.
Operators must submit their first reports detailing all May disputes by June 20 in order to comply with the new guidelines, which go into effect immediately.
