The UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority have established contact. According to a statement from the latter, they are collaborating to improve monitoring of responsible gambling and sports integrity. The two regulators are already acquainted with one another. More cooperation between their various responsible gambling sections will now serve to cement this. Additionally, they intend to establish more extensive channels of communication for anti-money laundering and match-fixing policies. The two regulators made suggestions that a future memorandum of understanding might be signed.
