The objective of the game is for participants to select a four-digit combination. The player's four digits must match the winning numbers exactly in order to take home the $5,000 top prize in the game. Fekru Hirpo, a resident of Alexandria, purchased 20 gameplays at a Shell fueling station in the nearby city of Arlington for the Virginia Lottery's Pick 4 drawing on March 8. For that day's night drawing, Hirpo chose the numbers 2-5-2-7.
