Man charged by police during raid of two illegal gambling establishments in Guelph

A Milton man has reportedly been charged by Guelph police following the raids of two convenience stores as part of an investigation into illicit gaming.

Police reported in January that they had information about the sale of illicit lottery tickets from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission.

According to investigators, the store was connected to a website that sold games that bore names that were identical to those of games that were authorized by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission.
