Man charged with use of different ID to claim Oneida Casino payouts

At Wisconsin’s Oneida Casino, a man kept using someone else’s ID card to win $22,539.26 in jackpots.

The suspect showed up in court after being taken into custody on 14 charges last week. $10k was the bond amount.

Thirteen different payouts were made during the course of the three-year incidents, which began in February 2021 and ended in February 2024.

The ID card's legitimate owner never wagered at the casino. One of the criminal's relatives owned the ID.

The relative told police officers they should look into the offender and never allowed him to use the ID card.
