Man has stressful day brightened by $50,000 lottery jackpot win

A Maryland man claimed to have won a $50,000 lottery prize after an especially trying day at work.

The man claimed that he used the Maryland Lottery app to scan the tickets while he waited for his lunch order. He won $50,000 from a Fast Play Big Win game that was one of his tickets.

The winner claimed he promptly informed his mother, wife, and a close friend who also enjoys playing the lotto.
