Man jailed for Norwood casino attempted robbery

A guy was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm following claims of an armed robbery at a Norwood casino. The first emergency responders arrived at the location in less than two minutes after receiving the call. A 38-year-old man was detained on charges of possessing a handgun or an imitation firearm with the intent to instill fear of violence.
