Man stung by scorpion at casino hotel sues establishment

He is currently suing the Venetian Las Vegas for his injuries, having been the unfortunate subject of one of the biggest stories to come out of a casino resort this year.

According to the lawsuit, the Venetian Resort was previously aware of a "infestation of poisonous, deadly scorpions."

Aside from the awkward humor, being stung by a scorpion can cause severe injuries. Despite medical assistance, a six-year-old Moroccan girl passed away from one in 2021.
