Man sues casino for failing to stop him from gambling.

A gambler is using a casino in Canada after losing $260,000 during two visits ,claiming that the establishment should never allowed him to place wagers in the first place.
according to fox news ,Tarwinder shoker alleges that Caesars Windsor in Ontario should have known about his compulsive gambling and alcohol addiction during 2 October 2013 visits,and should have been aware that he had been banned from other casino for disrupt behavior.
