Man whose card was used to buy £4m National Lottery scratchcard told he has no claim

A man has apparently been told by the National Lottery that he has "no claim" to the winnings obtained through the use of his pilfered debit card.

The complainant alleges that in 2019, scammers stole his card details and used them to buy a £4 million scratchcard.

One of the three £4 million maximum Red scratchcard jackpots was won by two suspects from Bolton who obtained the winning scratchcard in London. They finally admitted to the charges of fraud following police investigations.
