Manager of bookmaker stole £10,000 to fund gambling addiction

Sentenced to a suspended term, a manager at Sean Graham bookmakers stole thousands of pounds from his employer to feed his addiction to gambling.

At the bookmakers' branch in Claudy, County Londonderry, the suspect acknowledged taking £9,500.


Police eventually went to the criminal's home after making multiple unsuccessful attempts to text him, where they discovered betting dockets and bank transaction slips.
