A DEPUTY director at a carpet company avoided jail time after stealing over than £30,000 from his job to support his gambling habit.
Daniel Salmon committed crimes while employed at Tapi Carpets and Floors in Basingstoke, according to information presented to Winchester Crown Courts on Friday, Dec. 16.
When he stole £31,313 during July 19 to August 3, this 26-year-old was a member of the management staff at the store at St. Michael's Retail Park as well as the business's booth at Homebase.
