Manchester City rarely wins the FA Cup but frequently advances to the semifinals. As opposed to Chelsea, who has the unfortunate distinction of losing the last three FA Cup finals, they have the home field advantage. The team that lost to Manchester City on Thursday will likely not start this game because Chelsea is in poor form. City will follow suit, but they have much more capable successors. I'm picking Manchester City to win at home against Chelsea.
