With the exception of perhaps when visiting a casino floor, guests at the Las Vegas Sands (LVS) facility can virtually never interact with a live person because to "Smart Hotel" features that have been added to the customer app.
Anyone planning a holiday to MBS may now easily register, complete check-in procedures, and check in using their smartphones. With this new safeguard in place, visitors will even be able to buy in-room dining services and use their phones as digital keycards to access the hotel elevators and unlock rooms.
