Maryland casinos generate $164.1million revenue in December 2024

In December 2024, the Maryland Lottery and Gaming reported total revenue of $164.1 million from slot machines and table games at the state's six private casinos. That total was down 0.9% from the previous year.

The state's top casino, MGM National Harbor, took in $73.6 million, up 4.0%. Live in! Casino & Hotel came in second with $59.1 million, down 2.4%.
 
Maryland casinos generated $164.1 million in revenue in December 2024, a slight 0.9% decrease from the previous December. Despite this dip, they contributed nearly $70 million to the state, primarily benefiting education. While some casinos saw revenue increases, others experienced declines.
