Massachussets Gaming Commission launches new self-exclusion scheme

A sports-specific self-exclusion program has been developed by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and The Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health in response to concerns that an increase in legal gaming may lead to an increase in problem gambling. The commonwealth's legal gambling age is 21, and anyone over that age may notify the commission that they would like to be excluded from participating in licensed sportsbooks.
