In Nigeria, it is common practice to see people who play lotto mentally deranged people to call numbers for them. And any number the mad person calls, they play it in lotto.

I am not saying it is a fact but I have seen this Numbers from mad men win a couple of times. It could be coincidence though.

Wow, well this is a shock. It is really surprising to see mentally challenged have this intuition and insight when it comes to predicting correct lottery numbers. I have never had this experience though
