Golden Matrix has finalized the acquisition of MeridianBet Group for an estimated $300 million. Shareholders approved the deal in March.

Legal counsel was provided by Loev Law Firm and Howard & Howard. The deal, now valued at approximately $331 million, closed in Q1 2024.
