Merkur strikes UCLan research collaboration

A three-year research project named The Next Generation of Gaming Technology is being undertaken by Merkur UK in collaboration with the University of Central Lancashire.

The use of AI in predictive machine maintenance, cost-effective manufacturing and transportation, and machine design will all be investigated by ten students from the university's technology department.

In the UK land-based industry, this kind of cooperation is unprecedented, and the results may have a significant impact on how players receive and enjoy gambling entertainment.
