MGM Resorts Foundation donates $2.7m to non-profit organizations

Through its Community Grant Fund, the MGM Resorts Foundation, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts, has given non-profit organizations grants totaling $2.7 million. 107 organizations in total won funds, including those working to end homelessness, assist military families and veterans, combat food insecurity, improve education, and promote health and wellbeing. The MGM Resorts Foundation was created in 2002 to give the business the opportunity to support regional charities with donations from its patrons. Since then, more than 1,500 other nonprofits have received awards totaling over $100 million.
