Today, MGM Resorts International filed a lawsuit against the Federal Trade Commission in relation to the investigation into a cybersecurity breach that afflicted the massive casino company in 2023. Due to possible conflicts of interest, the gaming company is also requesting that the FTC Chairwoman withdraw from the case.
