MGM Resorts will not exercise Osaka release clause

There have been reports that MGM Resorts has lost the ability to back out of its ambitious casino project in Osaka, Japan. The original contract had an out clause that could be invoked in specific situations.

MGM Resorts International has shown that it is fully committed to the project more than a year after securing Japan's sole casino license.

It is estimated that the resort will bring in $300 billion a year in gross revenue, of which 80 percent will come from gaming.

This is definitely a very big project and when the casino has made that much effort to acquire the space they will and should never back off and should try to have the results in their favor actually indeed
