I think it's great news that Michael Rumbolz has been elected as the new chairman of the American Gaming Association (AGA). As the Executive Chair of Everi Holdings, he brings a wealth of industry experience and is well-positioned to lead the AGA forward.

Rumbolz's emphasis on tackling important issues like illegal gambling and responsible gaming is commendable. These are crucial areas that require attention and it's good to see that he is keen to contribute to the AGA's work in these domains. Addressing illegal gambling is essential for maintaining the integrity and fairness of the industry, while responsible gaming ensures that customers are protected and gambling remains an enjoyable form of entertainment.

Having Jim Allen as the previous chairman of the AGA was significant, as he played a key role in supporting the industry's recovery from the impacts of COVID-19. The AGA under Allen's leadership proactively worked on the industry's behalf to navigate the challenging times brought about by the pandemic. Additionally, their efforts in combating illegal gambling and addressing responsible gaming indicate a commitment to upholding the highest standards in the industry.

With Rumbolz now leading the AGA, I am optimistic about the organization's future endeavors. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry will contribute greatly to the AGA's ongoing efforts to promote responsible gaming, combat illegal gambling, and support the overall growth and sustainability of the American gaming industry.
