Michigan Gaming Control Board issues fine to TwinSpires for cease-and-desist non-compliance

TwinSpires is dealing with action from the Michigan Gaming Control Board for allegedly breaking the kingdom's gaming regulations touching on wagering with increase deposits.

Following TwinSpires' noncompliance with a quit and desist letter despatched in December 2024, the Michigan Gaming Control Board issued a summary suspension order.
