Mikel Arteta has easy Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Jesus decision as Arsenal face Liverpool

A huge decision is on the horizon for Mikel Arteta. After struggling to find the right formula for years, the Spaniard has finally found an attacking formula that has helped fire his side to the top of the Premier League.

Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli have both hit double figures, while January signing Leandro Trossard has managed a contribution of seven assists that is beyond even Arteta's "wildest dreams". Now with Gabriel Jesus back and among the goals the Gunners are looking stronger than ever up front and have netted 23 times in their last seven matches.

The only issue now for Arteta, is how does he fit all of his star attackers into the team? You don't have to be a mathematical genius to work out that four doesn't go into three, so one of Jesus, Saka, Martinelli and Trossard is going to have to miss out for Arsenal's crucial Premier League clash with Liverpool this Sunday. Thus far fitness concerns, injury and illness have all helped Arteta to avoid a selection dilemma that he insists is a nicer problem to have. Here football.london takes a look at who the Spaniard may go for up front for the trip to Anfield.
