Monica Shafaq is set to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Gordon Moody starting in January 2024, marking the end of a comprehensive and meticulous selection process. She will replace Matthew Hickey in leading the organization, with Hickey providing ongoing support to the leadership team until the year's end to ensure a smooth transition. Shafaq presently serves as the CEO of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, a philanthropic entity dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness. She has dedicated nearly 14 years to this position.
