More than 85% of Ontario players use legal avenues

A recent IPSOS study commissioned by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario revealed that 86 percent of players prefer legal avenues for gaming.

Ontario regulated igaming and sports betting, launched in April 2022, witnessed a 44 percent revenue increase in Q3 2023-24, with blackjack being the most popular table game.

The province's online sports betting market ranks in the top five in North America.
