Mount Airy Casino bears the brunt of $5million lawsuit by frustrated casino dealers

Two former staff contributors who dealt cards at the Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains have filed a lawsuit against the status quo.

The lawsuit claims that the casino said they were not permitted to claim the tip credit and that the affected personnel ought to be compensated for the difference. This was because the casino failed to inform dealers about the tip credit provisions, as required by means of both federal and nation regulation. Both normal and extra time hours were used to claim the top credit score.
