Must school management allow the location of casinos in the school premises?

Many had been suggesting the lucrativeness of establishing casinos in the school based on the fact that lots of money would be made by the gambking owners.
But my question is, is it moral for the school authority to allow the siting of casinos withing the proximity of the school premises?. Have they considered the inherent demerits of such initiatives?. Do they realize the impact such would have on the academic performance of their students?. Have they thought about the long term effects in future?.
These are some of the reasons i wanted to be considered before such approval is made. Because the management would not be able to control the situation when the result of the initiative escalate in future.
