Must You Turn Over Your Cards For A Win Heads Up?

When raising all-in heads up in a poker hand, should you flip over both hole cards to show you've won, or keep at least one down? Some experts argue showing both cards helps opponents identify your range, so hiding one maintains an advantage. But others say your opponents quickly learn your tendencies anyway, and flipping speeds up gameplay. I'm curious - for experienced heads up poker players, what do they recommend: reveal both hole cards for an all-in win, or keep one down? I'd like to hear people's reasoning behind their preferred strategies when winning heads up all-in.

In most poker games, when the final betting round is complete and only two players remain in the hand (heads up), the last aggressor or the player who made the last bet or raise is typically required to show their cards first. The other player then has the option to either muck their hand (fold without showing) if they have a losing hand or reveal their hand if they have a winning hand.
