National Labor Relations Board orders Red Rock Casino to resume union negotiations

In a ruling that ordered Red Rock Casinos to resume negotiations with union members, the National Labor Relations Board last week upheld a long list of unfair labor practice charges against the company.
The National Labor Relations Board outlined Red Rock's charges in an 81-page decision. These included implicit threats to fire employees in the event of a strike and threats to withhold benefits from new union members. In addition to telling staff members of their legal rights, the National Labor Relations Board ordered the company to "cease and desist" threats right away.
