According to the supplier, receiving global accreditation demonstrates that it has fully complied with the WLA responsible gaming guidelines for Lottery vendors.
An independent auditor evaluated the group's iLottery operations and found that they complied with WLA requirements in a number of ways.
These elements include client awareness, stakeholder engagement, research, employee programs, product and service development, remote gaming settings, advertising and marketing communications, and reporting.
