Netherlands gambling regulator condemns 13 betting firms over violation of betting rules

The gambling regulator in the Netherlands is still finding instances of bookmakers not adhering to the KYC laws in the nation.

Nine unnamed betting companies were ordered to cease using what the regulator refers to as "unauthorised conditions," and four additional operators were issued warnings, according to its research.

Minimum amounts and wagering requirements are two examples of prohibited conditions. The regulator had previously notified betting operators back in March that there are obligations and exceptions surrounding the direct payout of player credits.
