The Responsible Gaming Policy Rule, which was updated by the Netherlands' regulator, now requires deposits from players to be no more than $325 for those between the ages of 18 and 24 and $813 for those over 24.

The agency did, however, clarify that some policies—such as the deposit limitations—will take effect on October 1. This is a result of the need to implement specific IT adjustments. Additionally, it will take time for operators to hire new staff members to manage the transition.
