Nevada Gaming Control Board changes rules with provision of reports

The guidelines guiding the admission of high rollers into the state's casinos by authorized independent agents have been modified by the Nevada Gaming Commission. The commissioners approved multiple changes to their regulations with a unanimous vote.

The primary modification is that casinos are no longer required to provide the Nevada Gaming Control Board with annual reports. Rather, they are only required to maintain five years' worth of records about their agents and their operations, which the board may review upon request during sporadic audits.
