The Nevada Gaming Control Board recently heard presentations from MGM Resorts Interactive LLC and Z4Poker LLC. The two are attempting to increase the waiver limit for the duration of their license activation.
Following the meeting, approval recommendations were sent to Z4Poker and MGM Resorts. The Nevada Gaming Commission will now be consulted by the two businesses for approval. This would be the 14th waiver extension if approval were to be given.
