Once more, the Nevada Gaming Control Board has decided against PropSwap and the idea of permitting businesses to help people trade sports bets.
The Chicago-based company PropSwap, Inc. requested that the regulatory body create a class of betting ticket resale service providers and determine whether it is appropriate to operate an online marketplace for buying and selling sports betting tickets.
According to the board chairman, the state does not currently need or want more sports ticket exchange companies to apply for admission, which would be encouraged by such an adoption.
