Nevada Gaming Holding completes acquisition of Cosmolot

The first and biggest online gambling business in Ukraine, Cosmolot, is owned by Spacesiks LLC, which Nevada Gaming Holding LLC has announced it has successfully acquired.

Negotiations for this agreement were first initiated at the 2024 Munich Security Conference in February of this year. The US-based investment manager can now increase the size of its global portfolio.

In addition to looking to increase contributions to Ukraine's state budget in order to aid in its economic recovery, Nevada Gaming Holding plans to expand Cosmolot into important international markets, such as the US and Europe.

Nevada Gaming Holding LLC has acquired Cosmolot, Ukraine's first and largest online gambling company, from Spacesiks LLC. This acquisition, initiated at the Munich Security Conference in early 2024, allows the U.S.-based investment manager to grow its global presence. Nevada Gaming Holding also aims to expand Cosmolot's reach into key markets like the U.S. and Europe, while increasing contributions to Ukraine's state budget to support its economic recovery.
