Nevada poker dealers sue Caesars Palace casino for unpaid wages

Following their employment for Caesars during the World Series of Poker, a $5.65 million class wage action settlement has been proposed by Nevada poker dealers and the casino operator Caesars Entertainment Inc. to the court for preliminary approval.

The US District Court for the District of Nevada is receiving a lawsuit from the casino employees alleging that Caesars and its subsidiary Paris Las Vegas Operating Company LLC violated both Nevada's labor laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This is pretty significant amount of money that has not been paid to the Employees if any such actions are happening in the industry then definitely the casinos are and will come under the radar they should had definitely paid the employees so that's things could not have happened but now they have to face the court and then make proper alterations to their mistakes
