New Hampshire is one of five US states where the minimum age for sports betting is 18. However, this could alter in 2025. A bipartisan bill to raise the minimum age to 21 is planned to be filed on January 8. If the measure succeeds, the new law will take into force on January 1, 2026. According to a fiscal note attached to the measure, the move may cost the state up to $640,000 in taxes.
