New Diamond Casino facility to be built

Construction on the new Desert Diamond Casino facility, which will be near to Loop 303 and Northern Parkway, has started, according to Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise. A casino floor measuring 184,000 square feet with 900 Class III slot machines, a poker room, a retail sportsbook, table games like blackjack, craps, roulette, and baccarat, as well as food options, will be part of the new building's first phase. Additionally, a surface parking lot with 3,400 spaces will be constructed. This $450 million project's construction is anticipated to be finished in around 19 months. Additionally, more than 5,500 jobs will be created during construction, which is being managed by the Hunt/Penta Joint Venture in its capacity as general contractor. The massive and full-service casino will employ 1,300 people once it is finished.

Wow!. Imagine a project with a casino floor measuring up to 184000sq ft and 900 class III slot machines. Such is the project embarking by no other casino than Tohono. When completed, it would place New Diamond Casino among the top ranked casinos. It is expected to employ about 1300 workers when completed.
