The Justice Dept. rejected new safeguards to prevent gamblers against losing more money that they could afford, which experts call a "huge error."
It has now come to light that the government rejected a second proposal by the Oireachtas Organization that gaming corporations be held accountable to gamblers' dependence and creditors when they recognize that the individual is losing money beyond thier means.
