New Hampshire attorney denies charitable gambling at Concord Casino

After rejecting the Concord Casino's proposed sale to a new owner, the state attorney general's office declared it would not permit charitable gaming to resume there.

The ruling may finally put a stop to New Hampshire's two-year campaign to ban a contentious owner from charitable gaming following claims that they misused $844,000 in pandemic aid.

Since the state ordered the casino's closure in December 2023 because of fraud-related charges, he has been trying to sell it.
